The room was spacious and comfortable, with the option to opt out of daily towel changes. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at the reception were polite and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of the city center and close to restaurants and a bus station. Foreign tourists will appreciate the easy access to public transportation.

The hotel felt welcoming and there was nothing that was too much trouble for the staff.

We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated room, equipped with a fridge and a luxurious bathtub for a relaxing soak. The day staff at the reception were helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel's central location next to the train station made it convenient for exploring the city, with various restaurants, cafes, and shops in the nearby area. We also appreciated the availability of public transportation, great to easily reach the city center within a short 10 to 15-minute walk. The cleanliness of the hotel room and facilities was great, and the breakfast provided was quite good.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location cannot be beat, as it is right beside a train station that makes it incredibly easy to get around. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, including in-room amenities such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. The spa centre was also a highlight, with a fantastic indoor swimming pool and sauna.

I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone in the area.

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the city center. Despite being close to the train tracks, the noise was not very disturbing. I appreciated the option to opt out from changing towels every day. The breakfast offered was excellent and the personnel was very nice. I will recommend this hotel.

Nice breakfast, close to railway station and market, decent nearby restaurants. Big room, low cost, comfy bed. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Good location, near rail station and underground. One short train ride away.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being close to the train station. This is perfect for budget travelers as it allows for easy access to the airport. the hotel is situated next to the railway station, making it ideal for exploring the city. It is also extremely close to everything, allowing guests to easily walk to major attractions such as the Cathedral and St Ursula's Church.

The reception area of the hotel could use some improvement. It lacks the warmth and ambiance expected of a hotel and feels more like a building reception.
